My time with the University of North Florida Hockey Team spanned multiple seasons and roles, including serving as Vice President and later as a goaltending coach. This section highlights my contributions both on and off the ice—ranging from operations and leadership to player development and game-day execution.
What started as a volunteer leadership position became an opportunity to shape team culture, improve logistical workflows, and build systems that are still in use today. As a goalie coach, I worked directly with goalies to build confidence, technical skill, and mental resilience in high-pressure environments.
Oversaw scheduling, league coordination, recruiting, branding, and player operations.
Focused on skill development, mental preparation, and individualized training plans for goalies.
My time with UNF Hockey helped sharpen my skills in leadership, crisis management, and adaptive communication. It also gave me hands-on experience managing real teams, schedules, and systems in a dynamic, fast-moving environment—skills that translate directly to technical and professional work outside of sports.
